Rules governing the use of Gameinventory.com automated warehousing systems, including ASRS, AGV loops, and the Integrated Warehouse Control Suite.
Gameinventory.com provides automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), high-capacity racking structures, laser-guided vehicle (AGV) tracking loops, and the Integrated Warehouse Control Suite. These services are offered for heavy sheet-metal slab transportation and storage within industrial mills. The exact configuration, including rack dimensions, AGV fleet size, and software modules, is defined in the service agreement signed by both parties.
You must ensure that all personnel operating the system are trained on the provided manuals and safety protocols. You are responsible for maintaining a clean mill floor free of debris that could interfere with AGV laser guidance. Any modifications to the racking structure or control software require prior written approval from Gameinventory.com. Failure to comply may void warranties and shift liability for damages to you.
Gameinventory.com is not liable for indirect damages, including production downtime, lost profits, or damage to slabs caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the incident. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Gameinventory.com may suspend access immediately if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activities that compromise system security. Upon termination, you must return all proprietary hardware and software components within 14 days. Data stored in the control suite will be exported and provided to you within 30 days of termination.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email to the registered contact at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree, you may terminate the agreement without penalty within 30 days of the change notice.
